How to Order

To order please email me a scanned copy of your artwork or email for an address to send a photocopy of the artwork to along with a contact number and/or email. Please include any additional comments you would like to make.

If you cannot get a photocopy of the artwork and want to send the original  I  will certainly look after and return it but unfortunately cannot be held responsible for its loss in transit!

Can all Drawings be recreated?

Very small detailed drawings are harder to recreate, sometimes the details are just too tiny to make into silver jewellery. The larger simpler drawings work best, but don't hesitate to email the pic, I will give my honest opinion and usually work something out!

How Long will it Take?

I will inform you of a delivery date estimate upon receipt of your order. As these pieces are usually for special occasions please let me know of the date and I will endeavour to get the piece to you in time! Please be aware that certain special occasions such as Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Christmas can be very busy times for me, give me plenty of notice!

Payment

You do not need a paypal account only an email address. I will email you an invoice that will direct you to paypal where you can safely pay using a credit or debit card. Your jewellery will be sent upon receipt of payment.  You can also pay by cheque and your jewellery will be sent upon clearance.

Delivery

Your precious parcel will be sent via Royal mail special next day delivery and will cost 4.95. You are guaranteed to receive it by 1pm the day after postage and it is insured during this transit.

Returns

Please be aware that as your jewellery is a custom piece of art it can only be returned and refunded if there is a fault.
